What do you accept as payment for my order?
We accept most types of credit and debit card but please note that we do NOT accept American Express. We can also except cheques (need to be payable to Old 20 Parts Co.), bank transfer and Paypal.

If you wish to pay for your website order with either bank transfer, cheque or paypal, please await us contacting you with a complete total for the order.

Is your website telling the truth, is it really £0.01 Delivery?
Unfortunatly not, the reason the website says this when you total your order is becuase delivery can vary so much for what people are ordering and where the order is being sent to. This can range from a little package on Royal Mail to a Sea Freight! Delivery is calculated accurately and added during order processing. If you are unsure as to how much delivery will be, please feel free to contact us.

From time to time, we will have Special Offers Free Delivery on orders over a certain amount so keep checking back regularly. Don't forget, if we are attending a show that you are going to, you can order your parts to collect and pay for at that particular show and we won't charge you delivery!

Can you give me a general cost for delivery?
Delivery is based upon four factors; volume, size, weight and destination. OLD 20 Parts Co. does always try and use the cheapest possible way of delivery but as said before it does depend upon those four factors. A general price guide can be found here. Please also note if you order small items that are expensive we will send them by courier so we can be assured they have arrived.

How do I sign up for your email newsletter?
Quite simply, navigate to our Home page by clicking 'Home' in at the top of the page. When your at the home screen, scroll down towards the bottom and on the right hand side you will see a box labelled "Newsletter Sign Up". Fill in the box with your email address and hit the OK button. The page will refresh and if you scroll down again, the box will tell you if the email already exists or if you have been added.

How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?

Navigate to our home page and carry on through to the main shop. Once there scroll down slightly and on the right hand side you will see a different email newsletter box. Type in your email address and select 'Unsubscribe' from the drop down list, then click OK. The page will refresh and you will be told that you have been unsubscribed.
