Welcome to our website FAQ. Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions we get regards how our website works and how we handle orders or information. Q: What happened to the order I placed on your old website?
A: We have all the orders that were placed right upto the moment the website swapped over to our new one. If you would like information regarding a previous or copy invoices, please feel free to contact us and we can process this for you.
 
Q: Why can I not login into my account on your website?
A: During the swap over process to the new website, we took the opportunity to clear old data. As part of our commitment to keeping your data secure, we chose to remove any and all data that has not been used in the last 12 months. If have used our website in this time, simply use the 'Forgotten Password' proceedure on the login page to generate a new password.
 
Q: Does your website show what stock you have?
A: Unfortunately not at the moment but we are working on introducing this feature at some point in the future. If you need to know if we have stock of a part please feel free to contact us. If a part is out of stock when you place an order, we will contact you as soon as we process the order to let you know how long it will take to recieve.
 
Q: I placed an order on your website but my payment has not been processed. Is there a problem?
A: Not at all. We don't fully process payments until the order is complete and dispatched. This applies to card and Paypal payments. We do not store payment information once the order is completed.
 
Q: Does your website show everything you supply?
A: Not currently. We have various suppliers that we use locally and internationally. As such we have many more parts and accessories for most tractors available to us. IF you cannot find what you are looking for on our website, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to find a supply.
