We try our very best to make sure all parts and accessories that are advertised on our website and in catalogues are in stock, ready to order. However, due to the nature of our business, dealing in a huge selection of parts, spares and accessories it is inevitable that some of our products can go out of stock very quickly. We stock over 1000 items and it is sometimes very difficult to keep every item in stock at all times. We are sometimes dependent on our own suppliers to keep and deliver stock to us. Please do not use the website as a guarentee that parts are in stock.
We do our best to ensure that all prices on our web site are up to date and current at all times. However despite our best efforts some may be incorrect. Please be assured however that as part of our order checking and dispatch processes we do verify our prices. In the event that the price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and still send you the product. In the event that the current price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you to discuss this. We do however reserve the right to withdraw the product from sale at the incorrect price and cancel your order.

Delivery
We use a variation of Royal Mail, DPD (AKA Interlink Express), Fedex/TNT and DHL to ship items, therefore all delivery dates and times given are only estimates. We therefore cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier / postal service or for any consequential losses you may suffer if the delivery is not on time for whatever reason.
Shipping charges calculated on the website are accurate to the best of our ability. You can find an an approximate guide in our Delivery section and we always try to find the best and most cost affective method. Any items we ship will be securely packaged for delivery based on what we are sending. There are some items we cannot ship i.e. Batteries and Lubricants. We cannot ship paint and aerosols outside of the UK Mainland. 205 litre barrels are not shippable.
If your order is returned to us undelivered due to your own fault, you will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.
If you wish to track orders, please contact us and request a tracking number. We will be happy to supply this and if necessary help you track them. It is advisable to make sure someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. Once goods are delivered and signed for they become your responsibility.
Orders sent to a non card registered address are sent at the customers liability due the higher risk of a third party obtaining your order when sending to a third party address.
In some cases, we reserve the right to change the shipping option in case of certain items not being in stock. This will only be done where a cheaper delivery is necessary.
If in the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost in transit, a replacement order will be issued. If we cannot supply an identical order we will post a credit on your account to use at a later date.
- UK Customers
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 – 5 days. Please allow up to 10 working days during busy periods i.e. Christmas. Delivery times can vary but as a rough guide please allow 10 working days for Royal Mail deliveries, 1 – 2 working days for courier deliveries. Please also be aware that deliveries to offshore may take longer i.e. Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands.
In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive within these times, please contact us via telephone or email to confirm your order has been shipped and that we have the correct delivery address.
Unfortunately parcels can not be declared lost in post until 10 working days have elapsed from the shipping date. We therefore cannot replace your order until the courier or postal services have confirmed that your parcel has been lost/damaged. We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances out of our control.
- Overseas Customers
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 5 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days in busy periods i.e. Christmas. Delivery times can vary but as a rough guide please allow 28 working days for Royal Mail deliveries, 1 - 5 working days for courier deliveries. Please also be aware that deliveries to distant locations may take longer.
In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive within these times, please contact us via telephone or email to confirm your order has been shipped and that we have the correct delivery address.

It is your responsibility as the customer to pay all applicable customs fees and taxes for your country. If you refuse to pay these charges then your order may be abandoned and you will lose your goods as well as your money. These taxes are only applicable for non-UK countries.
- BREXIT UPDATE (05/01/21)
Due to the UK & EU reaching a FTA (Free Trade Agreement) we are still able to deliver orders to all of our EU customers. This is just the start of what is a new process for all of us so please bare with us as things may change from time to time. We will do our best to keep you updated and informed. We have options of delivery services so if one of them is struggling we can look to use an alternative.
All EU customers will no longer be charged the 20% UK VAT on orders or delivery services. Instead; when your order arrives to its destination and if necessary, your country's Customs department will contact you regarding clearance costs. Unfortunately this is not something we can quote for as every country is different. Please make sure when you place an order with us that all of your information is correct (delivery address, contact phone number & email address). If orders are returned to us due to not being able to deliver or contact yourself, it may incur additional costs.
If any parts on your order are not in stock when we recieve it, we will contact you to inform you about this. You can then have the option of waiting for the out of stock item(s) before we dispatch or to have the out of stock item(s) taken off and we can just ship the in stock parts. We will then contact you when new stock is available so you can re-order. We will no longer be keeping or sending back order items on at a later date.
Cancellations and Returns
If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel. Please do not refuse to accept delivery of an order as a way of cancellation. If delivery of an order is refused the goods will be returned to us by our carriers. We will be charged for this return and we will deduct these charges, plus handling charges, from any refund amount.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund if, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the goods are faulty or damaged. You must notify us within 7 (seven) working days of receiving the Products. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the returned items are not in a resalable "as new" condition a refund may not be possible. If items are missing from your order, please notify us as soon as possible. This regulation only covers countries that are member states of the EU. If you are ordering from a member state of the EU other than the UK please check you countries regulations on Distance Selling as this may vary. If you are ordering from a country that is outside of the member states of the EU this regulation is not applicable, but we will do our best to adhere to these guidelines in the way your returns are dealt with.
You are welcome to return any item ordered, for no reason and without penalty for a refund. This excludes special order items, non-stock or non-catalogued items. All returns are to be returned to us as soon as possible by the customer - we do not offer any collection services. Return costs are not refunded unless the item is deemed as faulty by our returns team.
If you wish to cancel non-stock or a special order item, this must be done before the order is placed with our suppliers. Non-stock or special order items that have arrived with us or are being returned will be subject to a handling charge of 50%. This does not apply to faulty or damaged items and normal stock items.
Note:
Goods must be returned to our head office within 14 days of notifying our sales advisors. Returns are sent at your own expense. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
